I’m a full time Commercial Real Estate Broker with Century 21 Golden Commercial Brokerage in Pasadena, California. My specialty is income properties to hold for the benefits of ownership.

Steve Reagan’s Bio

Born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley, I have lived in the Pasadena/Altadena area since 1968. I’m a graduate of Monrovia High School Class of 1965, Pasadena City College Class of 1968 and California State University at Los Angeles Class of 1972. My wife and I love living in the foothills and chose this beautiful area to raise our three sons. Interspersed with my education was six years in the U.S. Navy, remodeling our home, working in television for 25 years and being a Dad.

Over the years I have participated in many community activities in many different capacities. I have been a scoutmaster, Little League coach and manager, Indian Guide Father, PTA President, AYSO Soccer referee and coach and a volunteer in the local public schools. Currently, I volunteer for the City of Hope and local youth and fundraising projects. In my free time, I relax with on-going woodworking and home remodeling projects. I enjoy swimming, camping, sailing and hiking in my spare time.

My wife and I have lots of friends and family in the area and enjoy the numerous cultural activities, ranging from visits to the Huntington Gardens, taking in performances at the Pasadena Playhouse or the Civic Auditorium, to attending events at Caltech and JPL, and viewing Rose Parades and Rose Bowl activities in person.

My professional career has included management, executive and sales positions in the Entertainment, Technology and Real Estate Industries. I’m a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI) and have an ePRO and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations and I’m a current CCIM Candidate to help me serve my Real Estate clients with the highest professional services possible.
